This procedure networks cybernetic devices within the cyborg's body to allow free communication between datajacks, skill wires, control wires, and so forth.
It is primarily of use to netrunners who wish to download software directly from the Matrix to a datachip, palm link, or similar peripheral. Skill chips can thus be uploaded, modified, or even coded from scratch.
